These terms govern your use of Orangelight (the "Service"), an online AI video generation studio operated by [add BUSINESS_LEGAL_NAME] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Tokens

• The Service uses prepaid tokens. One token equals ₹1 at the time of purchase. Bonus tokens included in a pack are promotional and have no cash value.
• The exact number of tokens a video costs is shown before you generate it. Tokens are deducted when generation starts.
• Tokens do not expire while your account is open. They cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash, except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Prices and limited-time offers may change. Any change applies only to generations started after it takes effect.

3. How videos are made

Videos are generated by third-party AI models, accessed through API providers. Your prompts and any inputs are sent to these providers to create your video. AI output is unpredictable: results may not match your prompt exactly, and we do not guarantee any particular quality, accuracy or result.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create, request or share content that:

• is sexually explicit, or sexualises anyone under 18 in any way;
• depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, or is designed to deceive people into believing it is real (including deepfakes);
• is defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent or threatening, or promotes terrorism or self-harm;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• is otherwise unlawful under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Our AI providers also filter requests and may refuse them. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund of tokens used for prohibited content, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.

5. Your content

You keep the rights you have in your prompts and uploads. Subject to these terms, applicable law and the terms of the underlying model providers, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use them. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your prompts and videos only to provide the Service.

6. Storage

Finished videos are saved to your library so you can download them. Please keep your own copies: we may remove stored videos from accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months, and we are not liable for the loss of stored content.

7. Availability

We try to keep the Service running, but it depends on third-party providers and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. If we permanently shut down the Service, we will refund the value of purchased tokens that remain unused.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced on the site. You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [add JURISDICTION_CITY].
