1. What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash, never in readable form).
• Your content: the prompts you write, the settings you choose and the videos generated for you.
• Purchases: which packs you bought, amounts and payment reference IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are entered with our payment partner Razorpay and are never seen or stored by us.
• Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address and request times, used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use it

To run your account, generate and store your videos, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

• AI video providers: your prompts and generation settings are sent to the third-party model providers that create your videos. They may process this data outside India.
• Razorpay: to process payments and refunds, under Razorpay's own privacy policy.
• Hosting providers that store our servers and data.
• Authorities, when required by law.

4. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may also store your last studio settings locally for convenience.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data and videos within 30 days, except payment records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing [add SUPPORT_EMAIL]. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires it.

8. Children

The Service is for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
